If this doesn't work, there are a few other ways i heard about: - find the game in the playstation store (on ps4), where the "buy" button was there should be a "download" button - go to the playstation store (website or via the mobile app), go into the download list, find it there, restart download - also renewing licenses might work - on your ps4 go to settings, psn account, choose restore.
